If you are looking to form or join a carpool or vanpool but do not know where to start, start with the Commuter Computer, the new and improved Commuter Computer is your tool in finding the perfect rideshare partner. This self directed system allows you complete control over your ride-matching search by allowing you to input your criteria and preferences, decide what others see of your profile; and how you can be contacted. Once registered, you are able to see your matches instantly along with their location using Google maps. You can log in whenever you want to change your schedule, locations, radius, and profile.

You are in control, however; TRAFFIX is available to assist you with your search. The Rideshare Administrator will review your registration to check for mistakes as well as for ways to maximize your results. Register now or call 1-800-700-RIDE (7433).

Our database consists of hundreds of registered commuters who travel from and all over Hampton Roads, Richmond, North Carolina, and the Eastern Shore with new commuters registering everyday. It is possible that other commuters seeking to share a ride may contact you; your name will remain active in our database for a period of six months.
